Dr Robert Lees

Robert obtained his M.Sci in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham and PhD in Cellular Neurobiology from University of Bristol. He was then a Post-Doctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford before joining the Central Laser Facility.

Research Interests

Rob's research is focused on imaging techniques (lightsheet, multiphoton, confocal, TIRF and transmission/SBF electron microscopy). His planned projects focus on smart microscopy solutions, automation and high throughput imaging for healthcare and biological research.
