Dr Michael Hirsch

Michael joined the Central Laser Facility in 2009. He is part of the data analysis team of the functional biology imaging. He is developing feature detection, tracking and super-resolution methods for single molecule microscopy, ensemble analysis algorithms and tools and interfaces for users.

He also has experience in gene expression data analysis and analysis of chemical potential energy surfaces

He is author and co-author of over 20 publications.
