Dr Graham Hayes

Graham is a senior scientist at NanoVation Therapeutics UK where he researches the rational design of lipid nanoparticle systems for targeted delivery and release of nucleic acids for therapeutic applications. He holds a Master’s in chemistry from the University of Southampton and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Warwick. Graham also has several years’ industrial experience as a synthetic chemist. Research into lipid nanoparticles as drug delivery vectors requires access to specialised facilities for murine in vivo testing, in vitro testing, and various biophysical characterisation techniques such as Cryo-EM. Research Complex at Harwell allows access to all of these facilities as well as many others, as well as the potential to collaborate with other research groups.
