Dr Martin Wilding

Martin works as Experimental Officer for the Catalysis Hub and manages the hub's two BAG (Block Allocation Group) beamtimes at the Diamond Light Source. These are the X-ray absorption spectroscopy BAG at the general XAS beamline, B18 and the X-ray PDF (pair distribution function) BAG at I15-1. Both these BAGs are available to UK Catalysis Hub members. Martin’s interests are in exploring the multiple length and time scales in poorly crystalline and nano materials, glasses and amorphous materials and liquid structure.
