Miles Graham

Miles is a DPhil student on the Wellcome Trust’s Cellular Structural Biology course at the University of Oxford. As part of this course he conducted a rotation at eBIC under supervision of Dr Karen Davies. In this time Miles acquired core skills in cryo-ET and cryo-FIB/SEM, primarily focussed on establishment of the waffle method at eBIC. In addition, he made an automated pipeline for cryo-ET pre-processing to streamline data processing at eBIC. Miles now primarily works in the Division of Structural Biology, and is continuing at eBIC in order to further this work.
