Dr Ralf Flaig

Ralf is Principal Beamline Scientist on the MX beamline I04 at Diamond Light Source and also an academic visitor of the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Oxford. Before joining Diamond in 2004 he was a Postdoc at the IGBMC in Strasbourg. His main research interest is the analysis of the electron density distribution and related properties of both small and macro-molecules, and the elucidation of structure-function relationships of macromolecules with an important biological interest and applications in drug design.
