Lucy Costley-Wood

Hi there, I’m a postdoc with the Beale group at UCL, but based here at Harwell Campus. I work on sustainable methanol production as part of the LAURELIN project, a Horizon 2020 project involving many Universities from around the EU and also Japan. For my part, this involves mostly X-ray characterisation (absorption spectroscopy and diffraction), but through my PhD with the University of Glasgow I am familiar with a wide range of other characterisation and testing methods, particularly those applied to heterogeneous catalysts.
