Cell Culture and Microbiology

Our Cell Culture and Microbiology laboratories at Research Complex allow users to culture and manage mammalian, insect and bacterial cell lines. Working closely with Diamond Light Source and Central Laser Facility, structural biology projects utilise our laboratories to produce cells and proteins for bioanalysis, using crystallisation, biophysical instrumentation and electron microscopy to name a few.
