Dr Mark Isaacs
Mark obtained his MChem and PhD from Cardiff University, focusing on nanoengineered polymer architectures for antimicrobial medical applications. He was then a Postdoctoral Research Associate (PDRA) at Aston University studying spatially segregated porous catalyst architectures for controlled step cascade chemistry and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy before joining UCL and HarwellXPS as a PDRA.
Research Fellow, HarwellXPS
Mark's research interests are focused on novel porous nanocomposite structures, primarily for catalysis and antibacterial applications and using photoelectron spectroscopy and related techniques for structural and chemical characterisation.
