Dr Zhengrui Tao

Zhengrui has obtained his PhD in mechanical engineering from the KU Leuven. His doctoral research focused on the X-Ray CT-enabled data-driven In-process Monitoring for Metallic Laser Powder Bed Fusion. His PDRF involved the application of in-situ time-resolved techniques and machine learning models to develop a physics-informed defect prediction model for laser materials processing.
