Crystallisation
The crystallisation facility offers complete workflows for vapour diffusion experiments and in situ crystallography. The facility offers high-throughput capabilities for both soluble and membrane proteins with automated screen building, drop-setting instruments, and imagers (with multi-fluorescence imaging capability) all managed through centralised software. Researchers have access to specialist laboratory expertise and direct integration with Diamond Light Source’s VMXi beamline. Researchers have access to high-throughput crystallisation capabilities, specialist laboratory expertise and direct integration with Diamond Light Source’s VMXi beamline. Available capabilities include automated crystallisation screening, nanolitre liquid handling, vapour diffusion experiments and in situ serial crystallography workflows, supported by equipment such as the Mosquito Crystal liquid handling system.
