Women, disabled and ethnic minorities are underrepresented in science in general and in the RCaH.
We cannot solve these wider issues on our own, but we will continue to address our deficits. We will hold a biannual meeting for early-career female researchers.
We will host a similar but separate biannual meeting for under-represented ethnic minorities. We will give these meetings prominence to promote the Harwell Campus as a first choice for all to pursue scientific careers.
We will continue to offer mentoring to senior postdocs to help them achieve their career goals. The Director and/or Deputy will have one-to-one meetings with all senior researchers to see where support will help careers.
