Our Facilities Equipment X-Ray DiffractometerX-Ray Diffractometer (XRD): Agilent Supernova
RCaH provide an X-Ray Diffractometer for research use.
The Supernova X-Ray Diffractometer has been designed for use in fields including materials and biological sciences.
The equipment at the research complex provides:
- Sources: Dual Cu/Mo X-ray sources for protein and small molecule work. Quick and easy switching between sources.
- 135mm Atlas CCD detector on extended two-theta arm.
- Oxford Instruments Cryojet HT: Provides liquid nitrogen cooling, giving a temperature range of 90-490K.
- CrysAlisPro: Software for data collection and processing. Customisable for protein and small molecule work.
