RCaH microscopes focus on cancer molecule

RCaH researchers are using the advanced microscopes in the Octopus facility to observe how an important signalling molecule in human cells stands up or lies down on the surface of the cell to control whether or not it should grow. Malfunctions in this system are related to many common cancers, and understanding the behaviour of these control molecules is important for development of anti-cancer drugs.
